From Adventurer to Townsfolk Back to Adventurer

Hello Thank you all for tuning in to RSNN

We have been very absent as of late from the the scene. That is because life had made certain adjustments that made us take up residence in the towns and stop adventuring out and exploring the world of Nacriema.

We am here to say that we have decided to partially return to being adventurers, but only part time due to a lack of free time and needing to tend to our families which just recently relocated to different towns (mine moved to Big Apple). A lot has changed in the absence of RSNN and it will be the goal to catch back up and report to you all at-least on a weekly basis. We also will be interviewing people we have to get a good understanding of the world how it is now before deciding on our new requirements for being interviewed or if we will even have any requirements. However there is always the chance of us dying out in the field of battle and never returning to give you all the great news and gossip you deserve.

In the time since RSNN went on hiatus our great and powerful overlords have been so generous as to give us new versions of Mini-Pets and even make certain premium items permanently cheaper. New events and other things we are sure that we happened to over look living as a lowly townsfolk unworthy of you admiration and unequal to your bravery.

We will be returning to fight along side you all anonymously of course and integrate into your guilds and learn your stories so that we may tell the world of your great adventures and everlasting bravery in the face of evil. We will be sure that no adventurer is to be forgotten by Nacriema and its people that they fought so hard to protect.

Interview with Muri (January 25th 2015)

Hello and thank you all for tuning in to RSNN.
Today's interview took place in the lovely Gypsy Village.

We would like to thank Muri for participating in our 2nd interview and for being very patient with us.

Question 1

RSNN: What is your favorite thing to do in Nacriema?
Muri: Grinding along with my uncle Jun and teasing my friends.
RSNN: lol sounds like a good time

RSNN: I see that you left FRESH, what was the reason for this?
Muri: I'm helping another friend of mine with his guild... his name is Bboycloudz and his guild's name is Royal. Any 100+ active can join btw huehue

RSNN: Do you have any ideas as to what is next for you?
Muri: Not really lol. I'm just focusing on Thief and trying to level my Mage and Priest at the same time. When the Beastman comes out i will try that out, but aside from that just surviving whatever Nacriema throws at me.
RSNN: Interesting that keads me to my next question actually.

RSNN: Which if any of the new characters are you most interested in and why?
Muri: Beastman
          Double swords, enough said.
RSNN: My thoughts exactly actually

          Dont say that too much though people might create a conspiracy theory that you and i are one.

RSNN: Which of the current guilds in your opinion is the one to beat?
Muri: The one to beat as in the one which is the strongest and the most challenging?
RSNN: Yes.
Muri: I'd say Sakura
RSNN: Interesting

Muri: Its okay.

Question 6

RSNN: What are your thoughts on the current economy in Nacriema?
Muri: I would answer your question, but i cant.
          I dont really watch the economy I only make gold when i need it and then just live my life here.

RSNN: Understandable
Muri: I sleep a lot

Question 7

RSNN: Is there anything from the land of Prandel that you miss?
Muri: Anything hmmm
          Yeah, some friends who quit. Thats all Nacriema creators have kept the streets very clean
          I'm glad about that.
          But the friends, the creators cant bring back
RSNN: Hmm, Most people would have said Items or their levels, that response is rather respectable.
Muri: Lol items and levels are material achievements.
          Easily achieved with effort in this server.
          Ok not easily, but still.

Question 8

RSNN: What are your thoughts on Extractors and Mirrors not being available for direct purchase in the shop?
Muri: Purrfect
          1: I wont be tempted to buy them
          2: People with money would have to spend more than ever to get extractors
          3: its the hard way to lvl not lol... well not if you're accompanied by a tamer but if you're alone its hard so people have to party with others.
RSNN: Could that also give people with a LOT of money who keep buying even more of an advantage?
Muri: It can be an advantage yes... But not as big as OGP. You cant get extractor directly here and i think they are still only 30% chance of success.

Question 9

RSNN: What kind of new system would you like to see added into the land of Nacriema?
Muri: The first thing that I think about is a PvP map. Like a big map where King Ogre cave is. That would be OP for PvP.
          Oh and the second but far from reality would be new maps and dungeons for people to level beyond 900. When I say maps I mean maps lol. Like an extra map next to Damel or something.
          If you look at the mapyou can see that some places are unexplored.
RSNN: What aboue a map on the water on top of the Tomb of Klippc (I think) off the coast of Bridgehead?
Muri: Yes that would be awesome! Or an underwater kingdom on the "Xeos Ora/Oca" on the map
RSNN: That would be cool to see.
Muri: Indeed sir, Indeed.

Question 10

RSNN: What are your thoughts on the new Prem areas that continue after Small Cave all the way to level 700 I believe? I could be wrong on the level.
Muri: New Prem areas? lol which new areas do you mean?
RSNN: I apologizeim having trouble finding the article again. lol
Muri: lol its ok.
RSNN: It said that in this new land of Nacriema in the REAL Red Stone that there were Prem areas after Small Cave. What are your thoughts on this? Good or Bad?
Muri: :O
          Hmmm well as long as these Prem areas do not have a huge difference in exp with normal areas (for a person with prem) then its not bad in my opinion.
RSNN: They dont seem to have that big of a difference in Nacriema. Just enough to make it nice to have from what i have seen at least.
Muri: Well L&K does need to make money from this game and Prem is quite good for that.

RSNN: Onto the final question which I have to ask.
Muri: Yes im single

RSNN: What are your thoughts on our new overlords?
Muri: I find them caring and all, but I can't give you a definite answer for that yet. OGP was caring in the beginning also. So there's not a big difference we will have to wait till later.
RSNN: Time will tell is what you are saying correct?
Muri: Yes, and Deeds>Words.
          Idk if Deeds is correct lol
RSNN: But the pen is mightier than the sword.
Muri: Correct. Which is why I tell you that the pen has to function 100% instead of just writing stuff down.
RSNN: The actions must follow what the pen has written?
Muri: Yes.
RSNN: OK.

Grand Opening!!! (Janury 22 2015)

Hello and thank you again for tuning in to RSNN

We are 3 days into the grand opening of Red Stone and from spending time in the newly updated world with most of it finally translated we noticed quite a few things people keep talking about. 

First things first the majority of people have been complaining about the price of Portal Spheres and Gate Globes. While we here at RSNN were also upset by this high price we are also happy that a lot of the items in the shop appear to be rather cheap. The 1 and 3 hours Kits have been replaced by a single 24 hours kit. While this may be kinda impractical for people who don't want to play for 24 hours straight we personally really like it. It is only 49 points and lasts for an entire day. so if you have a day you set aside to go out and level you no longer need to purchase multiple 3 hours kits. 

Second there has been a slight shift in the economy. People are selling Mini Pets like crazy trying to make money and flood the land with these 30 day life span little creatures. With Mini Pets only being 26 points and everyone wanting one its no wonder they filled our economy so quickly. 

My favorite complaint that we still here takes the number 3 spot this time. "Where are the new characters?" by now I am sure most of you are tired of hearing people scream this in town or post on the community complaining that we do not have the new classes. While we can understand their frustration they also need to understand that it takes time to place these new beings and field of study into our existing world fully translated and playable. We are right there with you don't get us wrong we here at RSNN WANT THESE NEW CLASSES SO BAD. However, we are waiting patiently for our gracious overlords L&K to brighten up our playing experience by finishing them and allowing us to use them. 

4th and final point: Why isn't everything translated yet? This is another one we keep hearing. our lovely overlords L&K told us that upon Grand Opening our world would only be about 90% translated. While this is also discouraging and upsetting we can only assume that the final 10% will be translated when we are also given the new classes.

Vivid Vs Sakura SW (January 18th 2015)

Hello and thank you for tuning into RSNN.

As many of you may know by now last night Vivid did something that has very seldom been done before in the history of the hunt for the Red Stone. They successfully defended GH5 from Sakura in last nights SW.

Sakura was held at bay for the entirety of the SW being kept at the gate. This was truly a sight to behold as both sides fought very valiantly. Victory seemed to be on Vivids side from the very beginning bringing what appeared to be 3 parties to this SW while it looked as though Sakura brought only 1 party. This SW showed everyone that defending a GH is not impossible. and nothing should take away from the novelty of it happening.

However, following Vivids SW there was a LOT of trash talk on both sides not even just right after this went on for hours. Trash talk immediately after a SW while still very rude and unsportsmanlike like is very common in the SW system however it does not usually last for more than 10 minutes after the war was completed. While we here at RSNN did witness trash talk from both sides it seemed that Vivid the victor was not very graceful about their win the them talking the majority of the trash. What upsets us most about this is that this win would normally have been the greatest thing of the week but, some of the glory was lost by all of the trash talk to follow.

We wish that this article didnt have to talk the turn that it did but, we were all very upset by how both sides not just Vivid handled this SW win/loss.

RSNN - So far in the Land of Nacriema, which activities do you enjoy the most?
JailBait - I like....grinding while talking to people.
              Also calling people to Damel when I get a chance.
              Umm

RSNN - Ahah. Any other activities?
JailBait - I guess I like making stalls? xD
              I dunno all I do is grind and talk :p

RSNN - What are your future plans here in Nacriema?
JailBait - Mhmmm. Well you see I wanna make this Angel get Oasis lvl none RB. But if I can't do that I'll just leave my angel at high lvl and start focusing on my thief McGangBang.

RSNN -You are a very active member in our community, do you think your guild will be one of the best guilds in this new server?
JailBait - I think our guild would at the top, but because of guilds like Sakura (full of azns) I don't think our guild would be the best. You see to judge a guild you must see how many azns are in the guild. The more azns the more no life = more pro high levels okas.
RSNN - ahahah I bet you guys will give your best shot :)

RSNN - Since you are a very known player, do you have any thoughts about the current community? Which players will create the most competitive characters?
JailBait - Yea. I have a general understanding who'd make competetive characters. Mostly people in FRESH, Sakura are for PvP. Only a few people in Vivid are PvP oriented, but the rest are trash. So for people i would say: Kiyomi, Katekyo, Nova, Saurian, Muri, Bboycloudz, Kenshin to name a few :p

RSNN - Are you excited about the Grand Opening of Real Red Stone?
JailBait - Yes.
              I need reskill bad because Holy Pulse sux.
RSNN - Heheh
JailBait - Also I want pro unique costume.
RSNN - Yes, that's one of the most wanted items we all are waiting for.
JailBait - Also with the Grand Opening some people who left duing beta would come back.
RSNN - Indeed. Will be a good time for this amazing game!
JailBait - I just got a job also so I'm ready to spend $$$$ on dis game.
RSNN - I guess RS is winning a very good character very soon ;)

RSNN - Which one of the new classes will you try first?
JailBait - None.
              I focus on my mains and watch others create the new classes.
RSNN - Very well.

Question 7
RSNN - What expectations do you have for this new Red Stone?
JailBait - No more monster invasion so pro item economy won't be jacked up.
              No extended power hours over a couple months so.....
              I think this will be the best Red Stone we will all play.
RSNN  - Indeed. This server gave us all Red Stone players a lot of hope and fun.

RSNN - You played the old server? If so, do you miss your character a lot? And what do you miss the most?
JailBait - Mhmmm. I don't miss my characters because in FRESH I was always forced to play priest in GvG/SW/PW. So my old Thief StyleKill was just.....there because is only x1 gear so it wouldn't compete with me people x2/x3 gear. By x1, x2, x3 I mean how many prefixes on gear :p
RSNN - Yes, it would be an unfair fight

RSNN - What are your thoughts about our new Game Managers?
JailBait - So far, they have been welcoming. They actually engage us in decent conversations, but i feel they're not going to be active as much as we'd like them to be. I mean I asked GM to have Richard Kim cosplay his favorite female Red Stone character, but no reply :/
RSNN - Well this server is still FRESH, so let's wait and see what they are capable of doing!! :D

RSNN - Are you having fun in this new life in this Big Land of Nacriema full of new and exciting things to discover?
JailBait - Uhhh. Everything still looks pretty much the same except a few map changes for convenience. So uhhh i guess I'm having fun.
RSNN - That's what Red Stone is about :D

Priest420 Finally Speaks Up (January 16th 2015)

Hello and thank you for tuning into RSNN

Today I got the chance to speak with Priest420. He asked finally shared with us at RSNN his side of the events that transpired.

Priest420 told us that he barely even knew iHeal. the first time he met iHeal he was Power Leveling him and he tried to steal one of Priest420s items. Preist420 described these events as such "He tried stealing my items which i was plvling him, asked him to sit down he said no so i left pt." He says that because of this iHeal did not like him before any of the events that were covered in the previous articles.

This left us to wonder why would so many people dislike Priest420 for this little event? He then proceeded to tell us this. "Saurian and i got in a little argument when i was lvl 160. We are both over it now and are good together, but a lot of people hated me because of it. Even the whole guild hated me for a while."

We asked him "Why would iHeal and the others claim that yu were mocking iHeal of an almost daily basis for 2 weeks?"

His response was simply this: "Because they simply want people to hate me T_T" he goes on to defend as to why iHeal shouldn't be trusted in his opinion stating that "iHeal is a blabbermouth who tends to make up stories for attention." He also said "iHeal opened the door in a SW in his own guild letting the enemies through losing the guild the GH and then blamed it on me."

It was very interesting to finally get Priest420s side of the events that transpired. we know not what truly happened and only those involved can say what really happened. That being said finally getting his side of the story will allow our readers to make a decision for themselves as to what really happened.

What Does L&K REALly Know About Red Stone (Jan 16th 2015)

On January 15th L&K uploaded their third "How Much do you REALly Know About RED STONE?" video. In this video they covered a few interesting things starting with the history of the game which we here at RSNN found very fascinating. Its funny when you think back and realize when the game launched the only classes available were Squire/Warrior, Archer/Lancer, Mage/wolf, and Priest/Fallen Angel. their timeline was slightly off for people who were unable to play KR and JP, but it was still very interesting. 

We learned a few things in this video the first thing is that L&K liked the Matrix

The second thing we learned was that we will be able to combine Mini Pets instead of just leaving the useless ones that we don't want in our mini pet bag. This allows us the chance of turning those mostly useless pets into powerful helpers. This adds a whole new level of excitement for people who love to take a gamble. Now you are gambling not only with what type of pet you get from your Reflecting Shard, but also what kind of pet you will get from combining the pets you do not wish to use. 

Third thing we learned was that they do not refer to Awakening as Awakening to them it is "Transferring" which to me doesnt make much sense for a name that only allows us to essentially pick a sub class. I assume it is because it allows us to "Transfer" from our old play style into a new one of our choosing. No matter the reason Awakening is a much better name. It says that you are awakening something new within yourself. I suppose that it all comes down to personal preference. 

The next item that they discussed was the "Trial Dungeon" which is for high level players to run either in a party or solo. This dungeon is an excellent way to gain EXP because the enemies level scale up along with the party's average level. These SDs are already being run by numerous members of our community. These SDs require at least level 400 and 10 Blue Stones to enter. On average each SD is 1 lvl. 

And the fifth and possibly MOST IMPORTANT thing we learned from this video is that someone at L&K REALly likes Spongebob Squarepants..

No New Classes?!?!?

Hello Citizens of Nacriema.

We here at RSNN have some terrible news to bring to you that many of you may have already heard.

The new Character Classes of Beast Man, Maid, and Demon sorceress will not be available for use launch on January 20th 2015. Word comes directly from L&K themselves who mentioned this to a fellow member of our community Koneko.

While this is unfortunate they have said that it wont be long after the release that we will receive the new classes. There is no word as to exactly how long that will be, but we here at RSNN assume it may be another week or 2 after the "full" release that we get to see our new classes in action.

We here at RSNN would like to start a segment where once a week on Friday we Interview a player.

The parameters we currently have set for an interviewee are as follows.

     Must be either a GM or Vice in a rank 4 or 5 guild.
              Or be of lvl 400+ with extensive knowledge of the game.
              Or be an influential member of the community

Update: We at RSNN understand certain peoples concerns about the level 400+ requirement being upsetting to them. What i would like them to be aware of is that these interviews are about the land of Nacriema and not the previous land of Prandel. our requirements are GM or Vice of guild hall 4 or 5 guild. lvl 400+ or be a influential member of the community.

The way it works is we will party together in a town of your choosing and we will ask you questions.

What Does the Grand Opening Have In Store (January 13th 2015)

Hello everyone and thank you again for tuning in to RSNN.

What to expect from the Grand Opening on January 20th:
   
     1. The first thing that comes to mind are the new classes. There will be Beast-men, Maids, and Demon Sorceresses running all around town and all of the maps. It will be just like when we first got the Champion and everywhere you looked you saw people trying out the new class. This will go on for at least 1 month most likely 2 months before the numbers die off. We here at RSNN will be part of this mess so don't worry. I personally plan to play as a Beast Man.

     2. This one probably should have been number 1 but it works just fine at the second spot. There will be a rather long government issued Blackout period. This will most likely last for around 5 or 6 hours so that they can prepare all the new features for us.

     3. People buying up all of the new classes T sets as well as hunting the bosses constantly. This is stimulate the economy at least for a while. The economy could sure use the boost that it will get from this. This will also add in T sets from shared bosses that will help other players better themselves as well.

     4. Also with the land finally leaving it "Beta" phase we will see many more new adventurers willing to step into our world and fight along side us.

     5. And of course everything finally being translated. So we can walk around our world and know what everything says. Instead of being like a tourist lost in a foreign land.

     6. This is one you can expect to see from us here at RSNN after Grand Opening. That is an in depth look at the new classes. This means Pros/Cons and viewing our progress as we play as these new character classes.

What we would like to see in the Grand Opening:

     1. Premium Costumes in the Premium shop. We here at RSNN and numerous other people throughout the world of Nacriema are struggling to get a costume for the class that they play as. A premium costume would give these players the option of getting what they want and making them happier.
 
     2. An item that allows us to trade costumes much like Mini Pets. This would allow people who have acquired Costumes on one class for another of their classes to do something productive with them instead of just dismantling them for the runes. This will also bring more money into the Economy with people selling Unique costumes.

     3. Many players are constantly mentioning that the exp rate is much lower than it should be. These players as well as almost every player I am sure would like to see a slight increase in the amount of exp. nothing major such as x2 or anything insane like that. just a slight change from what it has been this past month and a half.

Government Required Blackout Tonight (Jan 12th 2015)

Tonight Jan 12th from 23:00 - 01:00 there will be a mandatory black out issues by out loving rulers. during this time no one is to leave their rooms and venture out into the main city or anywhere in the land of Nacriema.

They will be working on fixing a few issues in the world and anyone who is there may end up being killed. There wont be any new lands for us to explore after the blackout just a few things will be fixed.

Unexplored Territory to come (January 12th 2015)

Our gracious leaders at Logic Korea have announced to us recently that something big is coming to the land of Nacriema and will be available for us on January 20th 2015. This could be the moment we have all been waiting for. This could mean that the full game is coming out in just 1 week. Or they may be announcing the full games release on the 20th. no matter what i am excited for what they have to say. This is big news for all of us for if it is the full launch it gives us a chance to study new character classes and possibly even change how we fight and explore in the land of Nacriema.

They said that there will be hints to what is to come as to what we can expect come the 20th. We here at RSNN could not be more excited for this news. With new Character classes being released to us at launch there will be so much more for us to cover. There will be guides as well as a journal of our very own new character classes as we play through the world of Nacriema in a whole new way.

We will also have access to a Premium shop upon release allowing us to purchase items to help us level up and further increase our strength. These items will help us enjoy our time in the land of Nacriema even more than we already are.

Update: L&K has confirmed that Jan 20th 2015 is when the full world will be released to us all.

What are Boss Jars? (Jan 12th 2015)

Hello everyone and thank you for tuning in to RSNN the one and only news station in the land of Nacriema.

Today's first topic will be Pumpkin/Boss Jar things. More specifically what they do, how you obtain them, and their current value.

These jars are known as Azure Jars.

Lets get started with the first question "What do they do?"
   
     This is an excellent question and one that is in great need of an answer. These jars people find throughout the land of Nacriema spawn a boss monster that can be killed by a party for a massive amount of experience. Unfortunately there is a time limit to kill each monster and if you fail to do so in the allotted time you get no experience. It would seem that some of these bosses that can spawn from these jars can also be tamed by a Tamer who has reached their Awakening status. The monster that is summoned is summoned at the level of the player who used the Jar.

Now lets move onto the second question "How do you obtain these jars?" 

     This question is one that we here at RSNN were having trouble answering. I have only ever acquired 2 of these jars and they were both acquired in the same day. The best answer i can give to everyone out there reading this is that they are randomly given (or not given) to a random party member upon completion of an SD over level 160.

Onto the Final question for now "What are these things worth?" 

     Given my answer to question #1 and the scarcity in which they appear to be given out in my answer for #2 they are not worth as much money as you would assume. These jars usually sell for around 15 million gold. The most gold that I personally have seen one sell for was 30 million. Given the crazy use and how rare these are to appear i would assume it would be 30 million at the least and not the most.

Trouble Leveling?

For people out there having problems with their normal everyday workout there are numerous things you can try in order to get the most out of your workout.

1. Berry
           
    The berry is one of the greatest ways to give yourself a nice boost while trying to become stronger. you can either harvest a Solar Berry from your Solar Flower or a Lunar Berry from your Lunar Flower. The Solar Berry gains more exp than the Lunar berry however at 100% grown the Lunar Flower allows you to harvest 1 more berry than its Solar counterpart.

2. Gear

   Make sure you have the appropriate armor to take on the enemies you need to. From a low of 30 till you gain your first T set you can gain a very good set of armor from the Association Chairman by completing a few simple quests.

3. Leveling Spots

   There are numerous places where you can go to fight and get the most out of your Berry or just your time. A good guide to leveling in the land of Nacriema can be found at PriiNya Nacriema Solo Guide

4. Guilds

   We here at RSNN highly recommend that you find a Guild that will accept you. The boosts you get from a guild will make it much easier on you to level up and become stronger. Guilds will also give you the option of leveling along side your fellow guild members in Guild Secret Dungeons.

Priest420 Expelled from FRESH (Jan 11-12th 2015)

After the events that allegedly happened just 2 days ago Priest420 left Vivid and joined FRESH in hopes of continuing and advancing his career in the Guild system. Shortly after joining the guild FRESH Priest420 found himself locking horns with a high ranking member of the guild named Jailbait. Jailbait just moments later expelled Priest420 from the guild leaving him guildless.

Update: It has been brought to our attention here at RSNN that Priest420 was kicked after the guilds Siege War for allegedly opening the left gate and letting the enemies in. He was given a second chance to remain in the guild by Jailbait. however they had a falling out shortly after which resulted in Priest420 being expelled from the guild.

Whats next for Priest420? Can he recover from this?

Drama in Sakura (Jan 11th 2015)

Events transpired today causing the Priest iHeal to be let go from the Guild Sakura.

Upon his release he announced his retirement from the land of Nacriema's guild system. This was truly a sad sight to behold. its never good to see a true contender in the guild system retire and say goodbye to their life. iHeal stated that he was feeling attacked while in Sakura. he accused Priest420 of making fun of him almost constantly. We here at RSNN got a chance to speak to Preist420 about these events and all he had to say was "I ignore children and that is what he is, a child." It is not on us to say for sure whether or not Preist420 was really doing anything offensive to iHeal without evidence on either side. The only information we have to go on is that iHeal has been known to lie about numerous things since he first made an appearance years ago. While on the other hand Priest420 has not been known to be the most kind person.

With all that said and done iHeal has still left Sakura and plans to retire from the guild system. However this is not iHeals first time retiring so it is very likely that he will return in the near future.

Update: Recently it has been brought to the attention of the Members here at RSNN that iHeal has been picked up by Vivid and has retracted his retirement from the Guild System. 

This leaves us to wonder just how long do we have till he truly retires.
